We use to have a machine that would purify water and put a vortex in it, kind of like a blender with a filter or it may have been minerals that it was adding to the water too - it's been awhile since we used it.
The filter/mineral refill part was expensive so we stopped changing it after awhile.
It did make a difference to our distilled water and the noticeable part was it made our saliva more thinner or watery, if that made sense, with more of it, plus we did feel more hydrated too.
After a time we stopped using it for had made other changes to our diet etc and were blending lots of smoothies made with lots of love, etc and figured that extra step wasn't really necessary.
