Wow, I don't think I had heard about this part of your story before. So wonderful to hear about water--something so many of us just take for granted--being so integral in your healing. Makes so much sense with how nourishing it is, and also how powerful on so many levels. I'm so happy you were able to take that part of healing in your own hands!
