Wonderful post on a fantastic medicine! I use witch hazel pretty frequently.

One thing about the distilled product is that you only receive the volatile compounds and not those which are fixed, but I don’t know what compounds are medicinal in witch hazel that are fixed. Just a thought when you move forward with your extract.
