Feliz dia familia, bendiciones para todos, les presento a mis plantas de orégano orejón la cual me salvan de cualquier malestar, entre ellos se encuentran resfriado, dolor de estomago, de cabeza y ayuda a limpiar mi organismo de la grasa lo que es importante.
El metodo de consumo puede ser en te, con la ayuda de limon y gengibre que tambien ayudan a nuestro cuerpo a fortalecerse.
Estas plantas siempre eran utilizadas por nuestros abuelos y padres y nunca fallan, hoy en dia siempre las cultivamos para cualquier ocasión y mas como estamos en tiempo donde las enfermedades cada vez ganan terreno a la humanidad.
Las mantengo en un lugar donde le da el sol y sombra, debe ser asi para que ella se mantenga activa y claro esta la riego con frecuencia.
Para el te solo debemos tomar las hojas y lavarlas bien, luego colocamos a hervir el agua y vamos colocando los ingredientes poco a poco, la azucar puede ayudar en el proceso.

These plants were always used by our grandparents and parents and they never fail, today we always grow them for the occasion and more as we are in a time where diseases are increasingly gaining ground on humanity.
I keep them in a place where it gets both sun and shade, it should be like this so that it stays active and of course I water it frequently.
For the tea we only have to take the leaves and wash them well, then we put the water to boil and we add the ingredients little by little, the sugar can help in the process.
