Welcome. Yeah, food is important. I'm a dancer who used to weigh over 400lbs. Pay attention to your energy levels. When you feel lethargic (sluggish), it's a sure sign that you diet and/or rest is lacking. 1up-vote. Again, welcome.

Hello, yes that is so true! And, there are so many people that are on medication nowadays that probably don't need to be if they just changed their diet and got the proper rest. Looking forward to sharing more and learning from folks in this community!
