I will give you a short tour of the city where I was born and grew up. "Caracas" is the capital of Venezuela and like all capital there is much to do in this city.
This is a view taken from the mountain that has the name "Avila" is one of my favorite photos since it shows everything that is the city. To climb the avila there are several ways, on foot or in a cable car.
This is the famous cable car of Caracas, which takes you directly to the top of the mountain, where you will find food and handicrafts sales and there is also an ice skating rink! It is a very fun place to which I totally recommend.
Now I will tell you a little about the "Parque del Este" is a beautiful place full of wonderful flora and fauna
From the Parque del Este, I love this attraction:
While you are pedaling you can observe fish, sea birds, and beautiful flora and it is a totally relaxing tour in contact with nature.
There are some cute monkeys, who live in the park and are very well cared for by all.
I could stay for hours watching my beautiful Caracas
And leaving the best for the end, I want to show you one of my favorite breakfasts, a criollo pabellon empanada, which contains caraotas, mechada, chopped meat and cheese. It is a tradition in our country breakfast like this.
