My2018 .. Tour around my town

I am a student of the university of port harcourt in nigeria, although its not where i grew up but because of the amount of time i have spent in school, port harcourt has become my town. Trust me port harcourt is the most commercialised town in Nigeria, the most common occupation among its indigenes is trading.
So today i went on a walk around my area well this time with the intension of partaking in the challenge, and this opened my eyes to the beauty that is port harcourt..
i first started with the more rural areas around my town

i started with the food market, where i met the most friendly lady in the market, trust me most of those traders are not particularly nice.. was so nice and even organised her goods well for me to take the pictures, you could see her legs in the first picture. she begged to include her blue jeans with matching slippers.. lol. the most common commodity was plantains and bannana , they were huge and ripe and CHEAP, i got some roasted and ate with pepper sauce.. "e go well scatter"

next i got to the boutique area where i saw pretty nice clothes, i noticed that there were more clothes for ladies than guys.. i mean we wear good stuff too, i even had my 'London brogues' on i feel like a fashion icon when i put these babies on.. (i know i suck)

well after the phase was over i went to areas more urban.. i visited the city mall, and its always refreshing, to see all the pretty nice stuff that you have to save up for, it had a nicer enviroment no doubt but the sales personnel here were much more rude, none of them agreed to a selfie and yes i tried, .. so i just got my ice cream and went on my way

Fast foward to the evening, i had a golf kitty to attend, and the earlier walk warmed me up enough, both physically and mentally , i was pumped and determined to be the mid week golf champion.. i went down to the Shell RA Golf course, and i lost terribly, i was in the worst three (so i suck at fashion and golf).. but i at least got to take a lit picture
