2017 MY ACHIEVEMENTS AND FAILURES
I want to thank @anomadsoul for affording me this opportunity to literally take stock of the year in writing, its actually something I have reflected on and putting it on down in writing on the blockchain to look back at years later is really really amazing. The year 2017 has been with its own challenges, set backs and also some achievements.
NO FAILURES
Ya no failures, I wouldn’t say I have had any failures, I would rather see them as set backs, just like everyone else I had expections and I had set some goals for the year but like they say, you cant win them all, I had a really long list though, I had setbacks that has held back some goals from being realized this year, but eventually and hopefully they will all come to fruition so won’t I consider the set backs as failures.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS OF 2017
There are a couple of things I will look back with a sense of fulfillment when the year 2017 comes to mind. The most outstanding would be that I successfully completed school, I graduated and fulfilled all requirements that qualifies me as a B.A holder in mass communication, it’s a dream come true and words can’t express how I feel being done with that aspect of my life, I am now job hunting but hey, steemit’s got my back,lol, that takes me to my next major achievement of 2017.
Joining steemit back in june ranks up there on my list of 2017 achievements, I first learnt of steemit when I stumbled on a post by @samstickkz on facebook, the promotion hype got me wowed, out of curiosity I signed up and unbelievably steemit has been all that was said and more. After getting my first payout and actually being able to cash out and convert to my local currency I was armed with proof that steemit works. With that I took to
promoting steemit on platforms I belong in, I have had not a few sign ups from my promotion and what counts as a steemit achievement for me is when they come to me with grateful hearts when they receive their post payouts,
it gives me joy to have contributed to making a positive difference in their lives.
steemit’s payout might not seem like much in the developed countries but for the developing and underdeveloped countries like our’s where the average monthly income is equivalent of $50 you can imagine what source of succor steemit is in those countries.
The year 2017 is about ending, and during the year I have had ups and downs but overall its been a year I will always have good memories of.
