day 2

hello again..

Today i will share my plans here..
but first lets look at what my problems are

procastinating > overthinking > depression

Procastination is the root of all my problems .

if i solve this problem , the other two problems will go away .

If you see in my blog section you will see i made this steemit account in
August 2017 . So after 7 months i am writing about it .

Life of a Procastinator (i will do it tomorrow) and just like that 7 months passed away .

It is really scary and serious issue .

So Here is my MY PLAN

So i make time management routines for everyday , so if i do follow this for at least 1 year
things will be so much different in a good way.

But the problem is CONSISTENCY.

So i did some research and this is what i found..

if we do something everyday for 28 days , that thing becomes habit .

So yeah this is my ULTIMATE PLAN , to make this routine my habit .

I just have to follow this routine for 1/2 month , and then it will not
be tough to follow this routine as it is now.

Day 2

Out of 8 tasks i completed 4 tasks , 2 tasks were incomplete and i
couldn't manage time for 2 tasks .

i think it is a good start .
