50th anniversary Bullitt Mustang

in #mustang7 years ago (edited)

Ford is releasing the iconic Bullitt mustang 50 years since the legendary Steve McQueen film Bullitt was released. It looks to be a modern day replica as Ford went the extra mile adding small details that any enthusiast will appreciate. What do you think?

Sort:

The 2019 Bullitt will have 475HP and 420 lb-ft and they tuned the exhaust to sound like the original as well. This thing will be a beast! I actually work for Ford. I may be getting on of these. I will post pics when I get one in. Thanks for looking!

Wow, I've had several Mustangs, (naturally!) and this would be a pretty sweet B-Day present. Which was 4/17/64 ;)
What is list on one of these? What is the engine? C'mon man, so many more details you can fill us in on! LOL

Awesome man! Yeah I think it is one of the most iconic cars ever produced. It will have the coyote 5.0 engine that is in the new GTs but with more HP. Ford has yet to send me a invoice or window sticker but I think that will be priced round 55-60K. Checkout some of the videos online and you can hear the exhaust notes> SO excited for this one!

I definitely will not get one unless my KIN Tokens go up to like $1 each LOL!!!
I guess that date went right by you... zooooom! :P

Well,I know the first mustang was released in 1964. Good year :) I'll keep my fingers crossed on the KIN for ya. Then you can come to Idaho and I will hook you up with a mustang! vroom vroom
