The biggest difference is how our senses work compared to animals.
All of our senses are to some extent different based on what specific animal you take in consideration. Examples: eagles are able to see prey from a distance from which a human couldn't destinguish it from it's surroundings. Dogs can sniff out a sent from far away. Snakes have thermal vision. Cats see better in the dark than in the light, etc.
Depending on which animal you try to compare us to, there are so many differences in how our senses work that the real question is: "what resemblences do humans share with animals?"
