I agree. I work at a place where we have many businesses compete for a cash prize of several thousand dollars. Many businesses go on to expand operations and thrive. Others burn through their prize money and fold within the year.
The successful businesses often provide simple, unsexy products like yogurt dip and tortillas. The owners are also very sales-oriented. They know that if they don’t sell, it won’t matter how attractive their website, business cards, and brochures are.
Many of the businesses that don’t make it often are composed of highly-skilled people who lack sales and leadership skills. They spend all day in their office waiting for the phone to ring. So, a person might have a great business idea and protect it with NDAs and noncompete clauses. However, if they are unable to execute on their sales goals, the business never gets anywhere.
So, it’s less a matter of a great business idea than it is a matter of execution and the team. Even simple products that “anybody can make” can sustain a profitable venture.
Thanks man.I think only you realized what I was talking about.I also have panic attack like you and sometime my thoughts became so oppressive that I want to cry.I lost the track of everything and freak out like heel.
I feel like I will damage everything in my house and throw away every important or valuable or important stuff I have.I know that I won't do it.I won't lose control over my body. But my head keeps telling me it will happen.
When I go through stress and anxiety these thoughts became more intrusive and stronger.I feel better to know that you can control your thoughts and fear.So which means so can I.
All the best wishes for you my friend and thanks once again.
It can be a pain trying to find things. It would be nice if the wallet history would just keep adding up, but I think there are some users who think it's dangerous to have a lot there. I don't happen to be of the same opinion, but someone at Steemit Inc must feel similarly, since a few days is about all you can get now of anything in the wallet.
I guess as long as there's other apps to use, it will amount to the same thing.
I agree, this is a double edged sword, when you have little or almost nothing, you have nothing to lose. That's not the case when you have a larger amount in your wallet, you can become a target. Privacy is important.
Thank you very much for the info, it's really helpful! Have a nice weekend :)
@Rasamuel Your dedication on musing.io amazes me. Its like whenever I open the site I see your answers among the top posts of the day. This shows how passionately people are creating content on steem blockchain irrespective of the platform. And I agree with your point that steemit.com really works on proof-of-relationship concept. Major problem with that kind of structure is that some users(including me) who don't consider writing as their major profession can't be on the blockchain at all the time of the day. And to build meaningful relationships you need to give feedback on your fellow writers regularly and curate posts honestly without worrying about the rewards. Also you should make and write posts on a consistent basis so that people who are following you, consider your blog seriously.
I myself have been not active on the blockchain since the year I have been on the steemit platform. So I have lost touch with many authors on whose work I used to comment on in my initial days. Many have left the platform as their content was not appreciated as it used to a year back. Now I have taken a decision to discipline myself to go through at least 10 articles/ videos or any other content created everyday, because there are so many amazing things going around in the blochain and I strongly believe that STEEM is going to project as a strong cryptocurrency in future than it is at the present moment.
WOW this is so awesome. Thanks for the kind words. And also - glad to have you back. I also have a lot of friends who are talented writers that left the platform. It's such a shame.
Hopefully things get much better.
Now I have taken a decision to discipline myself to go through at least 10 articles/ videos or any other content created everyday,
Definitely. I think thats a really nice strategy for engagement and more success.
