I had this problem also with a comment. It was shown to a totally different question, but at least was upvoted. Hope the nonsense questions and spam will diminish also.
Great response mate. And I completely agree with you. Life is incredibly boring without any risk taking involved. And the best opportunities present themselves when you take risks.
Decentralization is not a magic word that is going to keep people, professional invertors, buying STEEM forever. Once there are enough eye balls there will have to be revenue streams outside of people buying STEEM at crypto exchanges.
thanks , i made an account but it just looked like an exact clone, no one could point me to the API which basically makes it a text forum with numbers and dollar signs at the bottom ...
i've seen almost a dozen i think in the past year but other than steem, none of them seems to actually be paying :)
i had almost hoped it would be an easy way to make an easy double-blog lol but even the markup isnt the same so for something that's worth zip i should use the classic expression : "thats not worth my time" :))
same for minds, until i see some real dollarsigns appearing somewhere on an exchange ... they actually expect you to load up actual ETH in order to withdraw tokens from "your offline wallet" to your "online wallet" , which means you pay real money for something that's worth nothing and for some reason it has this whole anti-facebook cult-following (probably the non-censor attitude and the head honcho not minding people paying ETH for air)
so i guess that answers my question then, thanks ... i'll see if i have an upvote somewhere later today thats over dust treshold, slim pickens lately
You are forgetting that people are born into poverty. It is not a conscious choice to be poor and it facilitates and conditions people into certain behaviors. A flower cannot grow in soil without nutrients. In this aspect, the flower is like the poor.
In some cases but you can't deny the fact that some choose to be what they have rather than what they want to become. To tell you, I live in a poor, messy, and outrageous family. I supported my own self in going to college with my family being in riot. My mother (single mom) used to be abused by her siblings so she can't support me.
I worked my ass off. Worked in dawn till noon and study afternoon till 9:30 in the evening. If you want it, you'll do something to make it happen. Poverty is never a hindrance to success.
