some fun and simple ways to drive out bad mood:

1. Take a deep breath.

You have to take a deep breath until anger and frustration break the deepest emotions.


2. Take a walk.

If the mood is bad, you can take a walk. If you have a dog, take the dog for a walk and leave the cellphone at home.

Cardiovascular activity (a heart-healthy exercise) can reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels (stress hormones), increasing dopamine (pleasure hormone), and increasing the circulation of the body and brain.


3. Talk with trusted friends.

Talk about what makes a bad mood with friends that you can trust.


4. Watch something funny.

To get rid of bad mood, you can watch something funny, like comedy shows or funny shows.


5. Eat something healthier.

Bad mood can be associated with a decrease in blood sugar. To overcome this, eat something healthier, like apples or almonds.
