Very well said, but mindfulness should very well be the answer! If we are aware of ourselves at every point of time, our triggers & patterns then I feel we can easily control ourselves & not step into unnecessary confrontations :)

I agree, in theory mindfulness is the answer. If you can observe your surroundings without judgement, and accept all for what is, you should be able to rid yourself of the anxieties associated with any given situation. I have been practicing this for years, and I have not even begun to say I'm good at it lol.
