Last month we played what was only our second gig and the first for the general public. This was at Goatfest, which has evolved from something at the Goat fest into a full festival with multiple stages. We played on The Goat Stage which was in a large tent. The weather was good after they had suffered from some serious rain and wind.
We are on the festival shirt, which is new to most of us. They have a real mix of music there with rock, pop, ska, gospel, country and more. There was probably nobody playing the folky tunes we do.
Here are a couple of tunes we performed. There were about seventy people in the test, with more just outside who would have heard us. We got some of them dancing and singing along.
After the gig we could chill in the 'hospitality' tent.
Perhaps one day we can make it to the main stage.
We have another gig this weekend where we return to Druid Fest. That will be a little smaller, but we will get more time to play. We could be open to other events if anyone wants something a little different.
