Hello, I am a 22 year old musician hailing from the northern States of Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Please listen to my unique brand of improvisational melodic/dissonant music. Some is recorded better than others, so about half or more is "lofi" and self-recorded and mixed with less than ideal equipment and circumstances. I think this should not hinder the creative process, and I'm more concerned with capturing accidental notes and making incidental music. Much of my most recent stuff is a mix of bedroom and backyard recordings, in order to capture birds, bugs, cars, wind, and wind chimes.

An artist should not cease making art just because he doesn't have the greatest canvas.

I have been making music for eight years. It has become a part of me. I am almost entirely self-taught and have naturally grown my own style of playing that I think is totally unique.

Some of it less weird than other stuff, the track Broken Bells of Dew for example is a short acoustic indie pop song. Hope you enjoy, I'd love to hear what you think!

To help you find music of mine that YOU will enjoy, I will break it down from the newest stuff to the oldest.

And here is my final project in one of my college classes, "Avant-Rock", it is an improvised series of concepts carried out by me and many friends playing things such as a guitar with an e-bow, mbira, singing bowls, jaw harp, didgeridoo, flutes, and more.

Machine Dreams - A collaboration with a friend who makes chip-tunes and electronic music. A catchy and unique electroacoustic sound.

Perceptions - My first real album, featuring polyrhythmic acoustic pieces and melodic acoustic songs and improvisational interludes.

Layers - A collection of my early work

My ethos is that we are all part of an infinite motion, patterns in chaos. When I play music I am channeling this changing natural existence we all take part in. This is why I play mostly improvised and almost always use first-takes. I am capturing the energy as it first occurs for the most authentic take. The album arts are photographs I have taken, usually depicting the nature around where I am at the time of making each particular album.

Thanks for your time, leave a comment and tell me your thoughts on all this. But especially on the music. If any musicians want to collaborate I am open to working through the internet to make something with any of you!
