This past year I have started streaming because a couple people had mentioned Twitch to me so I thought I'd give it a try. I was on Twitch for about 4 months, there was some growth at first but it seemed to slow down.
Twitch has been around for a while and has thousands of streamers, maybe millions at this point, which means there's a lot of competition. I had heard a bit about MIXER and decided to make the move this November. I am very happy with my choice, MIXER hasn't been around as long as Twitch so it's not as saturated. I feel like there's a bit more opportunity for people who are starting to stream.
I primarily stream music, which is great on MIXER. They have a very supportive music community and in general the viewers are very friendly and there seems to be less trolls than on Twitch. What are your thoughts on live streaming? Twitch VS Mixer?
