SBD is low right now, if you invested and power up, with lots of SP you would have a much better chance of earning, but of course there is risk associated with that. Will Steem rise again, I have no idea. That might be a good thing to ask the Russian speakers on Steemit, I'm sure they know a lot more about it than I do, and it would be easier for you to get into details with them.
