One way is to follow people, many will follow you back, but often new accounts, so don't expect any big upvotes, but it's nice to get some views for the post you are doing, but make sure to make quality posts, no spam posts, can be tempting to post a lot if you get many followers, but that would be bad for steemit as our platform.
yea.. I guess you're right. I will try to only do quality posts from now.
