I used to love MTV2's idents. around 2001 they had some really surreal ones that I just can't find anymore.
I was watching MTV2's live program of Depeche Mode Live in Cologne and between adverts, there were strange idents where a man pulls out a sword from his throat saying MTV2 and another where a burger is being grilled with MTV2 on it. Its such a shame that idents just get lost, there must be tonnes of lost idents from all over the world.
Lol that sounds hilarious! Kinda reminds me of some Adult Swim programming, they're pretty funny and random. Also its true MTV2 is better with the videos but most people don't have access to MTV2. Oh well, i bet somewhere someone has that footage!
