I would like to tell you little bit about one of my favorite singers/ song-writers that's not well-known by everyone but she deserves to be recognized as one of the most genuine and talented music artists of the world!
Let me present you Maria Mena, a norwegiansinger/ song-writer!
I've come across her music channel on youtube almost 8 years ago and since then I've become her fan! She writes very sincere lyrics for her songs and music itself is very original and almost like liquid because it flows through you leaving you an entirely different person.
Her first album was popular in her country and even abroad, but after it she didn't gain the same success as before. She's still very popular in Norway and other Scandinavian countries but not too far from there. She's been singing for more than 15 years and has about 8 recorded albums.
You might have heard of her when she released an official video for her single "Miss you love" from the album titled "Apparently Unaffected":
Then there was "All this time (Pick-Me-Up Song)":
My favorites are "Homeless" and "Leaving You":
But don't think that since she's singing such quiet songs her music lacks character or attitude. Just listen how she sends everything and everyone to hell with her sweet voice here:

Her videos are simple, but honestly it's not about videos, but about music and her voice that's so sweet and strong at the same time. When she sings you can feel all the vibrations like strings of the guitar but they're not on the edge or about to break, they're very tender and piercing!
