Sharing my First Song! (Funk)

in #music3 years ago (edited)

Whats up guys, I´ve produced some music some time ago, its my first Song I ever put out on Spotify. And i wanted to share it.
Its a song about runnin away from your problems, called: runnin away :D

The artwork is a picture i took on a trip to vietnam with my brother and his wife, we drove with motorbikes through the countryside and the picture seemed quite fitting for the topic of the song.

I composed, wrote the lyrics, produced, mixed, played the instruments all on my own, which was quite the learning experience production wise :D

soooooo i hope you like it:

Hey hey... took a bit of time before I could attend to your post here.
Was expecting a little 'older' first release but that's just my perception acting up when reading things like you wrote. Though the music is not per se my thing, my compliments! Sounds darn professional and has these nice layers in vocals. Love the artwork. A picture went cartoon. Am interested to learn what software you've used for this transformation.

I do hope you'll have a nice time here at HIVE. Just hope over from time to time from Splinterlands and amuse us, the community, with something you like tp share.

thanks man for taking the time! I´m not the best producer and mixer, iam more the singer songwriter type, so saying it sounds professional is quite the compliment :D
