I just created my own impulse responses from my TL Audio Fatman FAT1 in Waves IR1 Convolution Reverb.
This is - somewhat - the result of these impulses on a guitar sound that I downloaded from looperman.com (although I should have tried more sounds...like drum kits or complete mixes).
I hear a sound colouration and a difference on the attack of the various presets. It also seems that it somewhat compresses the signal although it doesn't really work as a compressor but more as a tube saturator with no clipping.
What I did was to connect the outputs of my audio interface (Behringer UMC204HD) to the inputs of the FAT1 and then again the outputs of the FAT1 to the inputs of the audio interface. Then I recorded the Waves sweep tone 16 times at 24 bit/96 kHz and changed the preset of the FAT1 each time.
You can find all the IR impulse responses here in case you have the Waves IR1 convolution reverb.
