Energy vampires are all around me and take the shape of my loved ones. They don't understand what they do to me and no amount of explaining will help them tone it down. My uncle is malicious...but with my mother it's unintentional...she is just lost. So it has always been up to me to be stronger. But sometimes I can't be as strong as I would like. Ahh...if only self awareness were universal. Like you have said - the act of being an emotional drain can be lessened once you are aware. This is a good place to achieve towards. But it becomes a difficult thing to convince someone of causing a psychic attack when they don't even believe in the esoteric.
I'm so sorry you have to experience that from your own family. It's definitely a difficult task to explain to someone who isn't aware or doesn't even understand what it is they are doing. I experience a bit from my mom as well.
This track is awesome as usual, I read the title and thought it was going to be about you being drained by others, interesting that you were the one doing that and we're able to learn from it, we have all gone to dark places at times at I love the way you worded it, black holes pulling everything in. I'm glad you have pulled out of the black hole :)

I had a 3 year relationship with psychic vampire. She literally saved my life, but over time it was not good.
I learned soooo much about how energy works from her though.
