I'm not a kid from 70s or 80s but I have been a big fan of music of that era. Mostly, I keep listening to evergreen hits of that time. By the way Out Of Africa has been one of my favorite movies:

My actual theory is that the newest songs are simply advertising/mind programming, and so there is nothing real there.

Edit: I like the most Hold the Line. I guess that if this song would have appeared in those days, it would have been named Hodl the Line :))
