Friends, music and a piano

A promise is a promise.
Last time I said that I would have kept active my presence on Steemit however, I haven't actually decided how often will I do this.

It might be the timid sunshine in London or the feeling that this Summer seems to get to its finish line soon, but today I felt like writing something and most of all share it here.

I grew up in a house with an upright piano in the living room, and besides hitting the single keys I've never had much of a chance to prove myself musically on the 88 keys.

It should have been maybe when I was a little more than a child that I could have tried to extemporize an attempt of chords on the beautiful piano, I remember following my instinct and using the knowledge I had for playing my tiny guitar and applying it onto that long beautiful black and white smile.
Of course, it worked and I was extremely proud of myself, so naive!

I've always liked singing, to me is the way to wellness, since I self-taught piano (in a very basic way) I find it uplifting and rewarding, just the comforting feeling of the notes in my voice blending with the notes coming out from the upright piano and some kind of magic sensation arise from the deepest part of my soul.

I've recently decided to work on something and the minute I started taking action I liked what I was doing.
I am talking about covering songs, speaking of my original songs is something I will deal with in the near future. &#128526

After having spent several hours assembling my ideas and practising it I invited a friend of mine to join me in one of my favourite studios in London to do some brainstorming/co-writing, idle time and I showed her what I was doing.
She's always very honest and this a way for her way to let me know she appreciated it...Snip20170810_2.png

My bottom line is: whenever you need support go and grab a Friend.
They will be there for you!!
