“Consolation No. 1” by Liszt 🎹🎶

in #music7 years ago

Here’s a short classical piano piece for your Thursday afternoon. Liszt composed mostly fast virtuosic piano pieces, but this one is totally different. It is very beautiful though in its own way. Hope you enjoy!

Man, the Lizst Consolations are one of my prefered pieces of music, well done dude. I've been doing an arrangement for guitar.

Thanks man! Yes they are great

nice, thx drewley for this song

Thank you!

Amazing music sir. Just feeling..oh awesome sir.

Amazing music sir you have made my day.

I always wondered......could you just open a book and play something you had not heard before like you were reading a book?

Also, with the classical stuff, do you slip into the mindset of someone from the 1800s when you play the songs? Takes me away.

Yes I can sight read most piano pieces fairly well. But really difficult ones might take some practice. And yes, sometimes I think about what it was like in the 1800’s but not all the time lol

do you ever post to dsound? Might be worth trying!

I haven’t tried that yet.. but that’s a good idea

nice music....
