The remix-ed lyrics came to me when I was pondering what it's like to be on both sides of a grief oriented situation. We often don't know how to just sit and be with people - always grasping at a quick fix or the perfect thing to say. Sometimes we just need to hear that exactly how we're feeling and presenting is perfectly okay and that nothing needs to change.
