In the decade of the 90s, Venezuela experienced one of the high points within the framework of the alternative musical movement of the first half in the decade of the nineties, bands like La Leche, Zapato 3 and Desorden Público managed to get noticed in the Venezuelan scene .

After the success and the projection reached by Sentimiento Muerto at the beginning of this time, several groups besides those mentioned, discovered that in our country there was the possibility of carrying out projects with a nationalist sound, within the generic margin of rock as a transcultural style in the context Ibero-American musical.

Who played a fundamental role in driving the bands of this generation? Carlos Eduardo Troconis, better known as "Cayayo", guitarist of Sentimiento and later leader of bands like Dermis Tatú and the PAN collective, who in addition to being a musician dedicated to his craft offered several opportunities for a boom in this musical current received in our country for the Anglo-Saxon culture. He held festivals in support of the emerging bands of the Caracas of the nineties. One of them was the event called "Insótilos Wednesday" that gave place to these and other groups such as Sur Carabela and La muy beastia Pop.

The fundamental interest of Cayayo, was to integrate all the bands formed for that moment, mission that culminated in the realization of the Festival of New Bands by Felix Allueva producer and cultural promoter creator of the foundation, said event, was carried out in 1991 , had as first winner was Shoe 3. After this triumph for the year 1992 Sentimiento Muerto decides to disintegrate, producing in Cayayo greater action in the alternative musical scene. From the ashes of this group, his second project, Dermis Tatú mentioned above and previously formed by Héctor Castillo and Sebastián Araujo (both ex- sentiment), emerges. Dermis managed to record only two record labels, one in a studio titled: he raped, killed and bitten her, in addition to the tour in San Francisco called, Komotion that contains unreleased tracks such as: raven and corral animal. forgotten recordings edited by the foundation new bands and the concert offered at the national theater.

Thus, the fundamental role of this personage concerned about the country and his believing culture in the music performed in Venezuela is perceived in a brief way, due to lamentable causes he disappeared from the stages and stopped playing his fender guitar with an irreverent sound in November of the year. 1997, leaving a great abyss in the national alternative rock scene. Boris Izaguirre, Venezuelan journalist based in Spain in an interview with this musician said the following:
