RE: THE TRUE STORY OF THE DEATH OF KURT COBAIN

in #music7 years ago

Make no mistake, Kurt was definitely a troubled guy and I think the environment he was in definitely did not help. I've always been deubious of Courtney Love and the role she played in Kurt's death, who knows if she was involved or not for sure, but the circumstances around his death have never sat right with me.

Even if Love didn't kill him directly, the fact she encouraged his drug use and was the closest person to him: definitely was a contributing factor to his violent and horrible end.

Either way you look at it, we lost Kurt too soon and I strongly believe that he would have gone on to do bigger and better things than Nirvana. That Michael Stipe and Kurt Cobain collaboration could have been game changing, such a shame they never got to make music with one another.

Great story, this was a well-written and emotional read. RIP Kurt.
