Kwartir Daerah (Kwarda) Gerakan Pramuka Aceh menggelar Musabaqah Tunas Ramadhan 1439 H bertempat di Lapangan Merdeka Kota Langsa, kegiatan tersebut berlangsung selama empat hari, mulai tanggal 28 Mei sampai 2 Juni 2018.
Cabang yang diperlombakan pada Musabaqah Tunas Ramadhan yaitu, Tilawatil Quran untuk golongan penggalang putra dan putri, Khatil Quran untuk golongan penggalang putra dan putri dengan tulisan nashak, golongan penegak putra dan putri dengan tulisan hiasan mushaf, Syarhil Quran untuk golongan penegak, Fahmil Quran untuk golongan penggalang dan Tahfizh Quran untuk golongan penggalang putera dan puteri.
