Health is regarded as the state of being free from any type of illness or injury.As we all are well aware of the fact that health is a means of leading a long and successful life.One has to espouse a healthy lifestyle to get away from the dreadful and life threatening consequences of maintaining unhealthy lifestyle.

As per my opinion,the most vital and precious gift you can give to your beloved ones is a healthy you.I believe that the most obvious reason that can be held responsible for deterioration of health is lack of nutritional value in intake of food (like wise,absence of minerals,vitamins,proteins and carbohydrates). Moreover ,people nowadays are more inclined towards bringing stress in their minds.Stress triggers may account for work stress or life stress which end up resulting in depression and anxiety.Over and above that unhealthy habits of a person,like intake of alcohal,smoking tops the list of factors deteriorating human health.

It is the high time to get over such types of unhealthy practices and make ourselves to get counted as a valuable and healthy citizen of our nation.There is no good in disbursing half of our hardly earned income just to see a doctor and ruining our health by intaking handful of medicines.Regular exercise blasted diet,maintenance of good hygiene,enough sleep for eight hours are few factors that can contribute towards leading a healthy and sound way of living.

CONCLUSION:-Right and healthy choices can bring us all a wholesome well-being.One should continue heading towards healthy routine in lieu of postponing the same.Despite delay,one should realise the fact that”HEALTH IS WEALTH”.
