Despite the many things that make all of us distinctly unique from one another, at the end of the day many of us want the same thing: To live a happy life. There are countless simple ways to live life to the fullest that each of us can be practicing in order to achieve that goal. Is it practical to think that we’re going to be happy at every moment for our entire lives? No way. However, it is very possible that by all of us trying our best to be healthy and positive whenever we can, that we’ll end up feeling truly happy and fulfilled with our lives in general....
When I hear “live life to the fullest,” I immediately imagine someone jumping out of a plane. While that sounds really fun and carefree, getting the most out of our one shot at life doesn’t have to mean making big, adventure-seeking moves (unless you want to, in which case, by all means!). It just means taking some simple steps to make sure we’re doing the things we want to do, the things we enjoy doing, and the things that make us feel good inside and out. As I’ve said, it’s impractical to think we’ll all enjoy every single thing that happens to us at any given moment in a day. That’s completely unrealistic. We can, though, make the most of the remaining moments — so let’s do it.
Here are 13 simple ways to live life to the fullest.
1•Channel Your Inner-Self
I find it sad that too many do not understand themselves, or their potential. They don't even take the time to get to know their unconsciousness. You can truly learn so much, by simply getting to know the "you" that is behind the reality of yourself.
Beautify your inner dialogue. Beautify your inner world with love light and compassion. Life will be beautiful.
It's a saying they have, that a man has a false heart in his mouth for the world to see, another in his breast to show to his special friends and his family, and the real one, the true one, the secret one, which is never known to anyone except to himself alone, hidden only God knows where.... If you are vigilant and make a stern effort to reject every thought when it rises, you will soon find that you are going deeper and deeper into your own inner self, where there is no need for your effort to reject the thoughts.
There is no such thing as disappointment for those who continue to cherish the selflessness of which is born the noblest inner self. There is no such thing as failure for those who invest in the potentialities of the Ideal of the Soul.
I think the idea that you know who your inner self is on a daily basis, because... you know. What's good for you 25 years ago may not be good for you now. So, to keep in touch with that, I think that's the first ingredient for success. Because if you're a successful human being, everything else is gravy, I think.
2• Pay It Forward
We've also evolved the ability to simply pay it forward I help you, somebody else will help me. I remember hearing a parable when I was younger, about a father who lifts his young son onto his back to carry him across a flooding river. 'When I am older,' said the boy to his father, 'I will carry you across this river as you now do for me.' 'No, you won't,' said the father stoically. 'When you are older you will have your own concerns. All I expect is that one day you will carry your own son across this river as I no do for you. Cultivating this attitude is an important part of Humanism--to realize that life without God can be much more than a series of strict tit-for-tat transactions where you pay me and I pay you back. Learning to pay it forward can add a tremendous sense of meaning and dignity to our lives. Simply put, it feels good to give to others, whether we get back or not.
Our job on earth isn't to criticize, reject, or judge. Our purpose is to offer a helping hand, compassion, and mercy. We are to do unto others as we hope they would do unto us.
When you mess up-fix it, when you fail-fall forward and learn, when you suffer loss-heal and
always pay it forward... Even over the sound of a thousand voices...I still can hear my own, only after I listened to hers... It feels so great to be understood, listened to, appreciated, loved and cared about. Wouldn't you want others to feel that wonderful too? Give away what you love to receive. Brighten someone else's day. Make a difference. Share a smile. Spread your light. Spread kindness and love. You never know what difference it may make in someone's day!!!
3• Focus On Making Work-Life Balance A Reality
Some people believe that work-life balance doesn’t exist because you can’t possibly “balance” everything, so you have to choose one or two areas of your life to focus on. Some prefer phrases like “work-life integration” or “work-life alignment” because work is a part of life. Some believe that a healthy life stems from a healthy career or vice versa..... “Life" consists of career, family, friends, health, enjoyment, fulfillment, contribution, love, and more. You can’t separate these out when considering your happiness and stress levels.” consists of career, family, friends, health, enjoyment, fulfillment, contribution, love, and more. You can’t separate these out when considering your happiness and stress levels.
Ultimately, though, all of the arguments boil down to one key point. Everyone wants a happy, full, and productive life.
Your work-life balance will look different than anyone else’s because it’s about what YOU want. Work-life balance is not dictated by what friends, family, or society says you should be doing with your time. It’s an individual process that allows you to focus on your personal values.
The purpose of work-life balance is to understand your goals and intentions for happiness. Then, you can schedule your work hours accordingly..... “I believe that being successful means having a balance of success stories across the many areas of your life. You can’t truly be considered successful in your business life if your home life is in shambles.”
You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it
Most people chase success at work, thinking that will make them happy. The truth is that happiness at work will make you successful... We think, mistakenly, that success is the result of the amount of time we put in at work, instead of the quality of time we put in....
Work-life balance is up to YOU!!!
4• Throw The Word “Lazy” Out The Door
If you’re going to make your side hustle a reality, you need to commit to identifying when you’re procrastinating, wasting time, avoiding the difficult tasks you should be doing. You have to push aside your feelings of doubt, self-pity, and go after what you want with a single-minded focus. That’s real hustle.... Good things (usually) don’t just fall into your lap, and there’s no use waiting around and hoping they will. Want to start a side hustle? Stop thinking and talking about it. Get started today, good things will happen when you work hard for them—and position yourself to identify which opportunities you can take advantage.
It doesn’t cost you anything to dream—time, money, or hard work. Hustle, on the other hand, costs all of that.
I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. He taught me that if you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed ahead. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it, and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good. Hot is no good either. White hot and passionate is the only thing to be
Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.
“Do things you’re a little not-ready-to-do yet. That’s how you grow and have breakthroughs.”…
5• Be Good To Your Mind
Work hard for what you want because it won't come to you without a fight. You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to. If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.....Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live!!!
We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.
Just imagine becoming the way you used to be as a very young child, before you understood the meaning of any word, before opinions took over your mind. The real you is loving, joyful, and free. The real you is just like a flower, just like the wind, just like the ocean, just like the sun.You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.
Whatever we are waiting for - peace of mind, contentment, grace, the inner awareness of simple abundance - it will surely come to us, but only when we are ready to receive it with an open and grateful heart.
Champions are not the ones who always win races - champions are the ones who get out there and try. And try harder the next time. And even harder the next time. 'Champion' is a state of mind. They are devoted. They compete to best themselves as much if not more than they compete to best others. Champions are not just athletes. If you want to be the best, you can't take the path of least resistance. Every morning, you wake up, and your mind tells you it's too early, and your body tells you you're a little too sore, but you've got to look deep within yourself and know what you want and what you're striving for.
6• Connect With Those Close To You
If you've been feeling disconnected from your loved ones, now is the time to fix that. The solstice is a great time to bond with your friends and family members. "Astrologer Jan Spiller" says that people should spend the days around the solstice with their close friends and family, developing connections and allowing themselves to feel happy and loved with everyone around them. The solstice is a time to celebrate life, and you should do that with your loved ones, not just on your own....
I think it's important to get your surroundings as well as yourself into a positive state - meaning surround yourself with positive people, not the kind who are negative and jealous of everything you do.
Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher.
To all the other dreamers out there, don't ever stop or let the world's negativity disenchant you or your spirit. If you surround yourself with love and the right people, anything is possible.
Surround yourself with the right people, and realize your own worth. Honestly, there are enough bad people out there in the world - you don't need to be your own worst enemy. Being a teen can be tough. Just try to surround yourself with really good friends that really have your back, and also be a really good friend to those who really care about you. If you're not sure about certain things, talk to your friends that you trust and your family.
Understand that everybody has their own struggles, regardless of whether you can see it or not. Just surround yourself with the people who love you, and know you're not really alone. I like the idea of being warm and secure. That's what home should be. That you have a sense of warmth, security, love, and you love the things around you and surround yourself with beauty.
The only advice I can give is to surround yourself with people who are friends and people who believe in you and your material and who are going to help you take it to the next level. It doesn't mean you don't listen to criticism, but you listen to it and edit it, and you figure out what you can take.
7• Feel More Creative
If you’re to create something powerful and important, you must at the very least be driven by an equally powerful inner force. In order to create you have to believe in your ability to do so and that often means excluding whole chunks of normal life, and, of course, pumping yourself up as much as possible as a way of keeping on. It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
Every human has four endowments - self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination . These give us the ultimate human freedom... The power to choose, to respond, to change.
Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Your personal life, your professional life, and your creative life are all intertwined. I went through a few very difficult years where I felt like a failure. But it was actually really important for me to go through that. Struggle, for me, is the most inspirational thing in the world at the end of the day - as long as you treat it that way.
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That's because they were able to connect experiences they've had and synthesize new things. Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness.
Creative without strategy is called 'art.' Creative with strategy is called 'advertising.'
We all have goals: We want to matter. We want to be important. We want to have freedom and power to pursue our creative work. We want respect from our peers and recognition for our accomplishments. Not out of vanity or selfishness, but of an earnest desire to fulfill our personal potential. The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves.
Experiencing sadness and anger can make you feel more creative, and by being creative, you can get beyond your pain or negativity.
8• Learn something new
Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored... The greater our knowledge increases the more our ignorance unfolds.
We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.
If you learn something new every day, you can teach something new every day.
Change can be frightening, and the temptation is often to resist it. But change almost always provides opportunities - to learn new things, to rethink tired processes, and to improve the way we work. The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create men who are capable of doing new things.
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That's because they were able to connect experiences they've had and synthesize new things. Just try new things. Don't be afraid. Step out of your comfort zones and soar, all right?
Just go for it. Don't be afraid of trying new things. You have absolutely no idea what's going to present itself to you. Don't be frightened. Just buckle down and do whatever your heart desires.
As my life changes, it gives me new things to write about.
