Great review I must recommend, I haven't watched the film but I'll do so, so as to see if I can get something good out of it just like you've done.

planning
Planning is the process of thinking about the activities required to achieve a desired goal. It involves the creation and maintenance of a plan, such as psychological aspects that require conceptual skills. If I could remember then in skul, my principal Alway tells us that "if we fail to plan then we've already planned to fail". Sounds quite interesting, only the brave students then understood this statement and made use of it by setting out a goal for themselves, some do make reading time tables while so do engage themselves in lessons. At the end of the section, does didn't Plan actually saw it on their report Shit that they planned to fail and theos who did make a plan also got their rewards for it. So planning is the major road to success, if we can be able to map out a plan for a specific goal then trust me, it would be archived.

Most people find this very difficult, I've seen friends who work alone and later ended up I'm regrets. Remember the saying, two heads are far better than one and I'll agree with you, most times having a team is not an assurance for Succes but having a good team who are ever ready to work as a team. Remember only a bad beans spoils the rest.
