Life's too short to have fake friends or friends that aren't loyal to you. If you have friends that aren't loyal to you then why waste your or their time? Let them go and you will feel happier. If you have friends that love you no matter what, you keep them close and never let them go. I am blessed enough to have great friends even after the friendships I've lost. I'm so glad my friends stuck with me after the hardships I've gone through and I've stuck with them just the same.
Nobody deserves to be treated unfairly. Being treated unfairly, especially by a fake/un-loyal friend, is one of the worst feelings ever. Fake friends love to talk about you negatively and that's just not right at all. Un-loyal friends don't stick with you through everything and they don't try to keep the friendship in tact. If you have these types of "friends", then you should reconsider the friendship and try to make new friends that are loyal to you.
