It was good while it lasted. I got the videos from a guy who had six videos stores in surrounding outlaying areas where there wasn't enough of a population for the larger players. I'd go out of town to where he stores all his excess videos he had after they slowed down in popularity and he'd sell them to me on the cheap. I'd rent them out for a buck and rented kids movies for free, while I went to cosmetology school and operated a back room hair salon until I closed out the video store. I'd have to spend a night every couple weeks going out fetching them up from people who wouldn't bring them back though, so I didn't miss that part. lol. The Green Mile is a great movie, I watched it while in the video store one day and I was so into it, if no one came in that'd been fine with me. The others most would call chick flicks, but they are well done and the acting is superb. I do have a thing for movies where someone starts out telling a story while the movie plays out the scenes, which Fried Green Tomatoes does. I'll never forget the scene where she goes to the store and is going to park when some young chicks take her spot before she can pull in, they say something to her and she takes her car and moves their car out of the spot and bellows back at them she has more insurance. lol.
