Here they place the stones in a gauntlet created by Tony and here Bruce Banner aka Hulk has reached the end of his destiny because the radiation of the snap brings a high price. Hulk, however, was created by Banner's attempt to create a serum for radiation immunity, with a special focus on gamma radiation. In the first Avengers film, Tony says that there may be a good reason why Hulk slumbers in Banner and that the future will show why. So here we are at exactly this point and piece far from the end of the Banner strand, his destination, the second snap.
They bring everyone back, but before Hawkeye can relax and video calling with his family and Tony wonders how he can get to Titan and pick Peter Parker up as fast as possible, Thano's Army from 2014 breaks through the time portal. By the way, this happens thanks to the Pym particles. The fact that Thanos has solidified the Pym Particle from the Nebula from the future and copied it many times over, is so clear that you don't have to think about it at all.
And there goes the big battle, which is now really a full fun gasm. This whole thing is my absolute favorite scene in the movie, from Tony's new suit to Peppers rescue suite and Captains minute rescue action and the 1000 fucking portals and how they simply bring the complete MCU from all corners of the universe to New Jersey and Captain worthy America with the hammer in his hand and the whole is a wonderful reference to the first Thor film.
Here Thor loses his complete meaning in his existence and is absolutely on the ground. However, he realizes this and learns what it means to sacrifice oneself. Through this selflessness he proves to be worthy and gets the hammer back. And as Odin said at the beginning of the film, with the hammer Thor's powers return, if he proves to be worthy. And then, at the end of the first Avengers film, we see how the heros tries to put up the Hammer and no one can do it, except Captain America, he can move the hammer a bit.
Captain America went through the same stroy as Thor did. He really lost everything, is at the end of the line and never stopped fighting. Now he uses Thor's powers to save his friends and the universe. After he just proved to be worthy by this intention, because Thor's powers don't come from the hammer but who proves himself worthy gets these powers together with the hammer as long as he holds this hammer.
For the first time we finally hear the Avengers Ensemble, a movement that was teased to us in 2012. There wouldn't have been a better time to bring all the heroes of the MCU together. even Howard the Duck is part of it. It's no joke, Howard the Duck is part of this scene.
This whole battle is swinging from Spiderman's instant references to Black Panthers suit and all others, who came back through the snap, with in addition the absolute female power that defends and protects the little sweet baby Peter Parker. This epic battle in the history of a comic book movie ends in the only logical end for Tony Stark, his selfless sacrifice for the good of the universe. Because if one has influenced Tony Stark's story, it is the struggle between egomania and selflessness.
He became Iron Man to help people and no longer think only of himself. But again and again he fell back on this egoism in his worst moments. To be exact, he probably wouldn't have revealed his identity if he wasn't egomaniac. In the movies Ultron, Civil War, yes even in the first Avengers, his egoism was the reason for all his enemies. Even partly the snap was his fault. Because what did he do when he heard about the problem in the Infinity War? He approached the matter according to his own plan and argued with Doctor Strange and refused to call Steve Rogers.
Tony Stark was always torn between egoism and selflessness, but in the end he brought the ultimate form of selflessness, self-sacrifice. And with what words other than I am Iron Man should it all end?
For such things I adore worlds of fantasy genre
I was hoping that Dr. Strange would play a bigger role in the End game since he is such a badass in the first movie. Great analysis my brother
I don't get the part of the post credit scence...it just gave the hammering sound...which Tony made his first iron Man suit in the cave...🤔🤔
There are many interpretations to it, and I think the best it that the hammering sound shows us how the MCU started and also to honor Tony's death.
It's a cool ending ... all these Avengers stories look a bit forced and convoluted to me ... but with a lot of great acting and good jokes, is still good, almost great ... I'm not really a big fan, but I agree that those are very good movies with some absolutely great moments, great acting and great puns.
I've rewatched it too many times now. I'm such a nerd.
@miller.stark the film is simply good and filled with many events. i watched it 2 times until now. when it's released on bluay, I'm sure I'll watch it a couple of times. :)
