Muoi (2007)
The Korean horror film collaborating with Vietnam tells the story of a novel writer Yoon He (Jo An) from Korea who went to Vietnam to seek new inspiration for his second book. Her Korean friend, So Yeon (Cha Ye Ryeon), who has lived long time in Vietnam, tells the legend of vitenam about a woman named Muoi which means ten in Vietnamese.
This Muoi legend is the story of a woman who wants to take revenge for feeling betrayed. Muoi's soul departed a painting. It makes Yoon He interested and goes to Vietnam.
After Yoon He arrives in Vietnam, she is reunited with her old friend So Yeon. Yoon He feels unfamiliar with his friend, because of the changes that occur in his friend and is very different from before he went to Vietnam.
So Yeon tells a lot about Muoi's legend and tells the house where Muoi used to live and where he committed suicide. He also told of the professor Kim who did research on the legend.
