Ever since “AVATAR” came out, every single blockbuster filmmaker has been dreaming of beating Cameron’s alien friends. Which seems to be an impossible task to pull off. Sure “ENDGAME” is still running , although slowly, but its engines are still working. And step by step the heartful , action-packed movie of the Russo brothers is getting closer to its ten year-old rival. It took them only three weeks to send Titanic(Cameron’s other hit) to the bottom of the ocean , but even if Endgame defeats Avatar , can it really leave the mark Avatar did? Sure Russo brothers’ film shattered every single record in the boxoffice and it did in fact crush Cameron’s Avatar domestically but it took them a few dozen superheroes, including the incredible Hulk , and an enormous ten-feet villain to pull this off. And don’t forget 11 years of establishment and 21 previous movies to build the background. Plus the 356 million dollar they spent(against Avatar’s 237 million). So even if Tony Stark and his team of superheroes dethrone Cameron and his blue aliens , Avatar still remains unique. Surely because it was the first movie to use massive, flawless CGI effects. And well it’s a James Cameron movie. The guy’s a genius.
