China's Most Immortal Taoist Holy Place Mountains

Wuhan City, Wudang Mountain, Taoist Holy Land, is located in Shiyan City, Hubei Province. Wudang Mountain, also known as Taihe Mountain, Xieluo Mountain, Shenshan Mountain and Xianshi Mountain, has been known as "Taiyue", "Xuanyue" and "Dayue" in ancient times.

In the Ming Dynasty, Mount Wudang was named "Dayue" and "Xuanyue" by the emperor, and was respected as the Supreme "imperial temple".

Wudang Mountain is famous for its prominent position of "the crown of the five mountains" in which "all four famous mountains are arched and five immortals and mountains share the emperor's clan". Wudang Mountain is one of the world cultural heritage sites announced by the United Nations.
