Maverick Vinales said that the greatness of Tech3 racer, Johann Zarco, in 2018 MotoGP is proof of Yamaha factory team has been misdirected.
vinales is currently sitting second in the standings with 59 points from five 2018 MotoGP series running. The rider from the Movistar Yamaha team was 36 points behind Marc Marquez as the top standings.
the new vinales reached the podium once after finishing second in MotoGP Austin. The notes are very much different than the five series of early season, which at the time Vinales managed to win three wins.
A different situation occurs in the Yamaha satellite team, Tech3. johann Zarcomalah has managed to climb the podium twice by finishing in second place. He also managed to seize pole at races in Qatar and Le Mans.
Zarco is currently sitting in third place standings with 58 points. The French rider was racing with a specification of Yamaha motorcycles in 2016.
"The motor is working well, you just have to look at Zarco.That is a reference for me, and prove that Yamaha made a mistake at one point," Vinales said as quoted from Autosport.
"We certainly have made a mistakeof course I do not follow the path that should be taken during pre-season, "he added.
