Once upon a time in Kerela, India, in a construction of a Mega Factory, a big problem came of installing a Giant heavy machine at a bottom of a 50 ft pit. The weight of the machine was the toughest challenge.

The machine came to the site but how to install the machine in the basement of the pit was the biggest challenge. If not installed properly then the foundation of the pit and the machine both will be suffering some wear and tears and that was not acceptable to the company.

At that time in India, heavy weighing Cranes were not easily available and those which were present were capable of lifting it but were not accurate in descending the machine.

At the end, companies manager decided to hire a contractor for it. In case of wear and tear, contractors will be sued for it. Many people applied it to the contract, they thought they will arrange the biggest cranes and will easily install that machine. Contracts of 15-16 lakhs Rs (150-160k $) were filed in the company. Among them, only one man asked a single question from the company, " If the machine gets wet, will that be ok? "

The company was having no issues with the wetting of the machine and the same was conveyed to him. Then man also filed the contract for just 5 Lakh Rs (50k$). Obviously, because of the least amount, that man got the contract for installing the machine.

When asked about how you will do this, that man only replied, that I have the skilled and right team for this job. And asked about the date and time for the installation of the machine from the company.

At the desired date and time, everyone was excited to see how he will install that machine in the 50ft pit. Many people, company officials, and contractors came before time, just to see the arrangements and preparation of the installation task. But to there surprise, nothing was arranged there.

At the desired time, the man came with 5 trucks of Ice and a water pump with him. He then unloaded the crushed ice in
the 50ft pit and as the pit surface matched the ground level, he then rolled the machine on the pit filled with ice. Still, the machine was on the ground level but now below it was the pit filled with ice.

Now he starts the portable water pump which starts removing the melted ice water from the pit. Gradually machine starts to descend in the pit and within an hour it was at the desired location and was installed perfectly without having any sign of wear and tear neither on the machine nor at the foundation.

The total amount he spends on that task was around 1 lakh(10k $) and so he earned around 4-5 lakh Rs.

When asked about this thing he said,

" Business is actually a very interesting subject. It is a skill that depends on the individual's intellect, aptitude, cleverness, and practical understanding. The ability to find easy answers to the complicated problems is the trait of a good businessman. "

The Company later hired him as a CEO of that Mega Factory.
