Good day everyone!
It is almost a month since I become a steemian.. I discovered and read a lot of articles from the steemian family 😊, so pretty well amazing and very creative.

I am from the country of Philippines! And currently studying Humanities and Social Sciences. I believe that the Philippines is one of the great country in Asia. There's a lot of tourist spot that your surely missed if you will not visit my country and I am proud to be a Filipino citizen.

According to the essay made by Mr. Leon Ma. Guerrero, in behalf of his foreign friends that our adaptability or imitativeness is like our family system, largely self-protective. Filipinos showed a precious ability to imitte, and imitate to perfection.

We Filipinos imitate to the things which are common, trends and popular in a certain place where you live or visit. Our being an imitator was started during the Spanish period time but to the point of losing our identity, that was just a myth.

To the time when the Philipines was not yet colonized, we already have our own type of government. Our being an imitator was started during colonization of other countries and it is in order for us to survive and embrace new type of government and people. This also simply means that we Filipinos can easily adapt to a new environment. We are the most adaptable of all the races in the Orient as what Leon Ma. Guerrero stated.

According to the website e.wikipedia.org, Leon Ma. Guerrero was a Filipino writer, revolutionary leader, politician, the first licensed pharmacist in the Philippines, and one of the most eminent botanists in the country in his time.

León María was one of the 14 children of León Jorge Guerrero and Clara Leogardo. He was born on January 21, 1853 in Ermita, Manila. His brother, Lorenzo, became a painter and a teacher of Juan Luna. He painted the altar of the San Sebastian Church in Quiapo, Manila. León Jorge was the uncle of poet-politician, Fernando María Guerrero, who won a seat at the Philippine Assembly in 1907. He is the grandfather of diplomat León María Guerrero III (his namesake) and pre-eminent writer Carmen Guerrero Nakpil.

Being a scion of one of the most prominent families of Manila during the last years of Spanish colonial period, he was among the first students of the Ateneo de Manila University when it was founded in 1859 and known as the Ateneo Municipal de Manila. After completing his primary and secondary education, he enrolled at the University of Santo Tomas, where he graduated in 1875 with a degree Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, specializing in Botany and Zoology. The following year, he was licensed to practice Pharmacy.

Guerrero was appointed head of the military pharmacy in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur and at the marine hospital in Kawit, Cavite. Later, he would manage the popular Binondo Pharmacy in Manila.
