I purposely took to steemit this evening to share this little piece of motivation and I hope it helps in changing people's perspective as much as possible, thank you.
I am going to base this write up on three things which are saying 'PLEASE', 'SORRY' and 'THANK YOU'.

I have come to realise that a larger percentage of people finds it difficult to say those three words. People hardly want to accept that they did something wrong not to talk of redeeming themselves neither do they want to appreciate any favour or gestures that are being bestowed on them. These three words are capable of performing magical wonders in our lives. When you are being wronged and the person apologize by saying sorry, kindly respect their intention because they are either admitting that they are wrong or trying to avoid any ugly scene.

When someone renders any form assistance to you even when it involves money, try to show appreciation by thanking them. That way, you will be respected and they will always want to help you out. Let them feel that you are happy with the service they rendered. These three words are magical, yet the most powerful words in any form of language. People do think that uttering those words stains their personality. Sincerely, that is another definition of an heightened ego. What do you stand to achieve? Do you think you are different from them? Do you think if they had the same opportunity as you, they won't be better than you? Do you think rising from a scratch and crawling up the ladder means you can treat people the way you like? Capital NO.

If your ego isn't allowing you to see things clearly, where do you keep your dignity and self esteem? Saying sorry, please and thank you helps in improving relationships and also in rebuilding the broken ones. It helps in conflict and anger resolution as well. It in fact helps in aiding someone's healing process. Have you ever thanked someone even when they offer you nothing out of sheer appreciation and notice the wide smile on their face, the coolness in their voice and a whelming atmosphere. It is the best thing ever. Always try to put a smile on people's face, learn to say sorry even at times when you are not at fault, and use the word 'please' when making request. Someone said and I quote, "gratitude is the best attitude" and another saying goes thus, "people may forget what you say or do, but they will never forget the way you made them feel". You need zero reason to show gratitude or be remorseful, do it because it helps in making the world safe and becoming a better place. Thank you
