Dear Steemians, I have a reality story in my city, this happen in long time ago. I hope it's can inspire you all and me.
One day, a grandfather entered a wellknown mall in the city. He went in alone and wore casual clothes, unlike other people who wore nice clothes. The grandfather stood in one corner of the mall and raised his hand to call one of the servants.
A waitress approached the grandfather and gave the catalog book. The waiter wondered why the grandfather dared to enter the expensive mall , but from his appearance, the waitress was not convinced that grandfather could afford the price of the dress at the famous mall.
"What is the price of this blue shirt?" Grandpa asked the servant.
The waiter replied, "500,000 Rupiah only,"
the grandfather put his hand into his trouser pocket and took some change and counted it. Then he asked again, "What's that black suit while pointing?"
The waiter frowned, "four hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah only,"
Again the grandfather took a dime from his trouser pocket and counted. "If I buy the black is there a discount price?" Grandpa asked
because angry with the behavior of the buyer, the waiter replied cynically, "no, the clothes here are expensive, if impossible to purchase here!" You better buy in other shop " The grandfather was smiling! Grandpa thought the waiter was very much looking at people in terms of appearance.
Annoyed, the servant rebuked the grandfather with a disrespectful word for a servant "if not able to buy better do not try too much again !!! Patiently, his grandfather was still looking at the clothes on the statue in the mall.
The grandfather did not come out and still see the clothes on display in the mall.
The grandfather who looks poorly is actually not a poor man but that grandfather is the mall's owner. Because the grandfather felt old and unable to manage the Mall management, grandfather was bequeathed mall shares to his son who became owner now.
The purpose of this grandfather's arrival just want to see his son who is in the manager office, but this grandfather took the time to pretend to be a buyer and want to know the service to the consumer.
Suddenly his son (mall owner) came out to meet his father (grandfather) he bowed and kissed his hand
The waiter was surprised and afraid to see the mall owner kissing grandfather's hand that he scolded with disrespect. Owner mall it told to his waiter "this is my father who is the owner of this mall."
The story above may be a reflection for us to be polite to everyone. Everyone has the same level of both the poor and the rich. Do not ever discriminate people because rich or poor because wealth and luxury is the temple of god for the people for a while. Unconsciously we are working in his company.
Very beautiful true story. Its the bitter truth of the world we are living in nowadays. People should be judged by their character not by their wealth. I am quoting a very famous line similar to your's title " Never judge a book by its cover".
thanks,,,if you have the same story about human living,,,share here,,,

@tariq3njr
you're wellcome,,,I will share which I think very worth,,,
Thanks for the share, a great lesson to learn from your post "never look down on others and never judge simply by appearance". Similar things happen often in our everyday life, but it is rather good to learn from someone else's experience to avoid unpleasant consequences. Truly inspirational, looking forward to see more educational posts as such.
