How often are we in this moment...really in this moment?
Did you recall where you put your keys? Do you remember taking off your shows? Where did you put you wallet?
We spend most of our time lost in thought that we miss the present. We talk to our loved ones yet are thinking about something else. Guilt and worry are two big emotions for people...one living in the past, the other the future. Neither are part of this moment right now...the present.
