Most times we have a lot of goals we want to accomplish within just 24 hours, and sometimes it seems as though the 24 hours ain't enough

Multitasking helps you get more done in less time, without the feeling of getting pulled at the same time in different directions.

Five principles for Multitasking :

*. Set specific and achievable time frames for task completion :

Without good time management, Multitasking is almost Impossible. If you have a task to complete within 15 minutes, pay maximum attention to getting that task done 5 minutes earlier, because this will give you time to make corrections, if need be.

*. PAT ATTENTION TO THE TASK AT HAND:

When u pay maximum attention to the task at hand, it increases your efficiency greatly. Not only will you finish your task earlier than expected, but you'll have some spare time to to take a little rest before the next task.

  1. Prioritize high payoff and low payoff activities :
Keep urgent and important task at the top of your list. If you're not a footballer, spending more time with your football friends won't be helpful to you, because they'll discuss topics that has one or two to do with football. So if you have spare time and you're a scientist, you should spend more time with scientists friends than with your footballers. Except for research.

  2. Have the "I can do it" mentality:

This type of mentality helps me alot. I always push myself to my limit. If you go to the gym and you do 10 push ups everyday, you might end up not archiving your goals. If you did 10 today, tell yourself I'll do 15 tomorrow and 20 next tomorrow.

You might not be able to do that 15 push ups, but you added two.

Try as mush as you can to starve your distractions, and challenge yourself with new goals everyday
