Have you tried answering this question lately and trying to value your bank account and relate your worth to the amount of money in your bank account?

It's really a trap many would fall into try and ask your friends around how much they think the are worth and you will hear things like "I'm financially low," I can't even tell.

Try and ask some rich guys, and you will hear about some millions and sometimes the pride that goes with how much people price themselves with money in the bank account.

Now the Big questions.

If I am willing to pay over a hundred billion for your mother will you still go ahead and say your mother is worth a Hundred billion of whatever your currency is worth?

So answer the question again how much do you worth?

Have you seen that you are priceless?

One of the very ways that organizations and individuals should not treat one another is based on the financial Worth.

Some even make the mistake of treating people who have cash better than people who do not.

So my dear I want you to make up your mind and value everyone irrespective of whatever cash the Person possesses.

Everyone is priceless!

Never value people because of what they wear or their appearance: many people do this a lot they tend to value someone who has a better appearance than someone who appears normal, they quickly tend to forget the old proverb which says never judge a book by its cover.

Appearance can be really deceiving so its not a guarantee to measure anyone's worth or value.

How to show people they're valued.

Treat everyone with a sense of importance: it's easy to be partial with how you treat people. It's easy to treat the senior staffs and good-looking customers with importance, just a question what about the junior staffs, what about the customers who come into organizations dressed casually? We must resolve that whoever and whatever position we would treat everyone with importance.

We must not talk anyone down: words have far reaching effect and most times words especially negative words are not always forgotten in a hurry. There are people and organizations which have lost major deals just because they spoke wrongly to the proper clients. Even if not for anything everyone deserves to be spoken to with courtesy.

Show some respect for the individual and his time: when we come across.

Everyone deserve respect, notwithstanding whoever they are they should be given proper and due attention just like everyone, and they should get proper value for their time and not be kept waiting unnecessarily. If their time is wasted, they will be given due apology.

Give everyone an opportunity: Nobody wants to be under the mould, humans need environment where they can fully express their talents and opportunities so make out room for them to be expressive. Who knows the solution to the problems may be revealed just by giving enough opportunities to everyone as deserved.

Finally, you're priceless learn to treat yourself that way when you're realized that you are priceless you will eventually treat others that way.
