know your purpose in life

in #motivation7 years ago

A primary teacher found out that one of his students always sit idle and quietly during break time
One day he approached this young guy and said Samuel why are you always sitting lonely and quiet whiles your friends are playing, this young guy answered and said sir my mother told me I will be a king in my village when I grow up so I don’t need to do anything that will prevent me from becoming a king or anything to get myself hurt so I don’t get wounds and scars on my body. The teacher sat for a very long time without authoring a sound because he was amazed and surprise to hear that from the little boy.
What moral lesson can we learn from this,
Life is all about knowing your purpose, understanding it and accepting your faith to live and achieving that purpose. You have to keep the beauty of your dreams in mind to prevent cramps and to remind you that you are destined for success. One may ask how do I know this destiny? Just believe you were born to succeed and not to fail. If that young boy could believe it, you can also believe it too.
You also have to be determined. Knowing your purpose, understanding it and keeping the beauty of your dream in mind you will need a big determination to go with because where determination exist failure cannot dismantle the flag of success.
Endurance, People who have endured great hardship often say they survived because they kept some sort hope going, the beauty of their dreams. This young guy endured in defiance of the hideous immediate circumstance because he knew Sometimes you need to give up the enjoyment of today for the fulfilment of tomorrow.
“The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.”

“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
― Eleanor Roosevelt
A genius once said the future belongs to those who know they belongs there.
